This guide explains how the program works and how to get the most out of it.

🧩 Your Role as a PCKL DROP Ambassador

As an ambassador, you represent PCKL DROP in the community and online.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Love pickleball
  • Have a strong, positive presence
  • Align with the PCKL DROP vibe and brand
  • Want to help grow the game and the community

💸 Commission & Earnings

Base Commission: 5% per sale using your personal code or referral link

  • Commission is tracked through your personal affiliate dashboard
  • Top performers may qualify for tiered increases, bonuses, or special opportunities

💰 Payouts

  • Paid via store credit, PayPal, or other method as designated by PCKL DROP
  • Payout schedule: Monthly (or as shown in your dashboard)

🏷️ Your Personal Discount Code

Each ambassador receives a personal discount code to share with their audience.

Code Guidelines

  • Intended for your audience and followers
  • Not for resale or bulk distribution
  • Not for self-use unless specifically allowed
  • Must be used honestly and ethically

PCKL DROP reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or deactivate any code if misuse is detected.

📲 Posting & Promotion Guidelines

We want your content to feel authentic and natural.

Suggested Posting Rhythm

  • 2–4 posts per month
  • Optional stories, reels, match highlights, or lifestyle content

Tagging

Always tag and mention:

  • @PCKLDROP
  • Use hashtags such as #pckldrop

⚖️ FTC DISCLOSURE (REQUIRED)

Because you are an ambassador, you must clearly disclose your relationship with PCKL DROP in any promotional content.

Every promotional post must include at least ONE of the following:

  • #ad
  • #sponsored
  • #pckldropambassador
  • “Proud ambassador for PCKL DROP”
  • “Partnered with PCKL DROP”

👉 #pckldrop alone is NOT sufficient disclosure

Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.

🎁 Ambassador Perks

As part of the PCKL DROP crew, you may receive:

  • Discounted or free gear
  • Early access to new product drops
  • Ambassador-only items or collections
  • Features on PCKL DROP social media pages
  • Bonus rewards for top performers

🚀 Growth Opportunities

Top ambassadors may be eligible for:

  • Higher commission tiers
  • Sponsored content opportunities
  • Tournament team invites
  • Gear or cash bonuses
  • Brand collaborations and campaigns

🚫 What Not To Do

To protect the brand and your account, do NOT:

  • Promote competing pickleball apparel brands
  • Misrepresent PCKL DROP products
  • Abuse or misuse your discount code
  • Use your code for resale or unauthorized purposes
  • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content connected to the brand

🛑 Program Enforcement & Account Status

To protect the integrity of the PCKL DROP brand, PCKL DROP LLC reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any ambassador from the program at its sole discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • failure to follow FTC disclosure requirements
  • misuse of discount codes
  • promotion of competing brands
  • inappropriate or harmful content
  • inactivity or lack of participation
  • behavior that does not align with the PCKL DROP brand

PCKL DROP may also:

  • revoke discount codes
  • withhold commissions associated with violations
  • remove access to ambassador perks or dashboards
